However, to ensure the success of your business, the final decision on location selection will be made with mutual agreement.

Do I need to have experience in food and beverage to start a Memory Corner Express franchise?

Memory Dining Group has the simplest operational SOP and marketing system in place for people who love food and beverage to start with.
The Memory Corner franchise package is all-inclusive at 380k+ tax, covering operation menu, renovation, equipment, franchisee fee, training, opening support, health plan & permit, renovation permit application. Excluded are any application fees to the city, commercial insurance, and liquor license application.
The brand management fee for Memory Corner is tier-based, meaning the more sales you achieve, the lower the fees. For specific details, feel free to book a time with us to inquire.
We are looking for people with creativity, open-minded, passionate about what they do.
We regularly post social media content, offer customer-driven loyalty programs, provide in-house graphic design for in-store marketing materials, stay on top of market changes and trends, and run text message and email campaigns.
You will need to prepare for the following:
1. Rent for 6 months (includes 2-month deposits and the first month's rent).
2. Operation budget: 2 months of labor, the first month's supplies, utilities, and other related expenses.
3. Equipment and bar accessories (if you already have some existing equipment, we will reassess your needs).
We will guide you through the entire process, from preparation to store opening and ongoing store management.
